Attracting customers and retaining them - BURGA Case Study

If you haven’t seen those lovely phone covers with gorgeous patterns on Instagram yet, go ahead and check them out now.

I came across their Ad on Instagram a couple of times, and was really attracted to their designs so I clicked on it to see more and reached their website. Like any other website, they offered a 10% discount upon signing up for their emails, I did not to do that nor did I make any purchase at this stage.

Over the next couple of days I kept seeing their Ads with discount codes on Instagram, so I finally decided to purchase some of their covers. While I was adding stuff to my cart, I saw another Ad on Instagram with a new discount code. I was impressed and really ready to add a lot of stuff to my cart. But, I controlled myself cause I really wanted to see the quality of the products first. I checked out and an email popped in my inbox thanking me for my purchase with another discount code for my next purchase.

Over the next couple of days, I kept receiving such emails from them, with offers that would lure anybody into buying more. It is an amazing email marketing strategy, as it is so personalized and also shows urgency.

A couple of weeks later, the covers arrived. They’re of great quality and long lasting!

I still get emails with discount codes, and honestly I love how they are managing their drip campaigns as it is an excellent way to retain your customers.

They have made use of each stage of the buyer’s journey efficiently, and I think that is what makes them stand out!
